Payment
Payment is required in full to commence production of all orders. Accepted payment methods include Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Discover (US merchants only) and Apple Pay.
Trade
MARSE offers trade pricing to members of the design trade. To join our Trade community, visit marse.co/trade.
Contract
Please contact info@marse.co for all contract grade inquiries.
Shipping
MARSE products are made to order and the standard lead time for production is 3-5 weeks, prior to shipping, from the date the order is placed and payment received. All shipping is UPS/ Fedex ground unless otherwise indicated. Delivery varies by destination. MARSE cannot be held responsible for delays occurring once package is in transit. All orders over $100 require a signature unless specifically waived by the end receiver. If signature delivery is waived MARSE cannot be held responsible for missing packages. Fees apply for address changes made after an order has shipped and for returned packages.
International Orders
For orders outside the continental US and international orders, please contact info@marse.co. Canada are Mexico are both considered international.
Orders over $20 sent via commercial carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc) may incur clearing fees and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer. Disclaimer: Many countries charge import duties and/or customs fees which are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid upon delivery by the buyer. MARSE cannot estimate these fees as they vary from order to order. If you are unaware if your country charges duties or what the duties will be, please contact your postal authorities receive more information.
Returns & Exchanges
As all of our products are custom made to order, MARSE does not accept returns. We recommend purchasing samples before ordering full quantity. If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used or installed, please contact info@marse.co within 10 days of delivery for review of your issue.
Product Variation
We strive for the utmost consistency. Due to the small batch nature of our production processes and custom creation, slight variations can occur. Allowances are made for up to a 10% tolerance of variation.
Sale of Goods
We sell all our products with the belief that they are of the highest quality and will serve their intended purpose. You as the customer must take into account your particular situation and the conditions of the intended site. Any and all defects should be reported immediately when discovered prior to installation, or processing of any manner. Our liability will not exceed the value of the products in question. We are not liable for loss of profits and consequential, financial and other losses.

All designs are the property of MARSE. Reproduction of our designs is unlawful.
Payment
Full payment of all product(s) within an order must be paid for in full prior to the creation of the product(s).
